Consultant Business Intelligence (en)
The Business Intelligence consultant is a specialist in helping customers leveraging their information assets present in Data & Analytics solutions. As Business Intelligence Consultant, you collect the requirements with the stakeholders, using design thinking and other business analytics framework. You design analytical products and work together with data engineers, data scientists and stakeholders to the realization, testing and maintenance of the products.
The realization takes place in existing as well as in new build environments.

- Knowledge of Ontology Based Searching and Text Semantics;
- Knowledge of or experience with one or more software applications of SQL databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, Exasol, Snowflake and PostgresQL
- Knowledge of or experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
- Knowledge of or experience with BI Front-end tools such as Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, SAP Business Objects, Cognos, Microstrategy, Yellowfin BI, Spotfire and SAS VA;
- Knowledge of or experience with Modeling tools such as Power Designer, ErWin and Hackolade.
Requested Other Skills
- At least a Bachelor in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Artificial Intelligence or similar;
- Analytical skills, attention to details, result-oriented, enthusiastic, practical, independent and good communication skills;
- Speak and write at least English and Dutch;
- Continuous learning;
- Willingness to travel;
- Mindset can work 40-50 hours a week;
- Be there when shit hits the fan;
- Relax when possible.
